College of Marxism
The College of Marxism was founded in December 2019 on the basis of the former Ideological and Political Theory Teaching and Research Department, mainly undertaking ideological and political theory teaching and researching. At present, the school is consist of 3 teaching teams and 2 research centers. There are 72 teaching staffs in total, including 59 full-time teachers and 13 part-time teachers. The whole teaching team has 6 professors and 13 associate professors. In the past 5 years, the school has won more than 20 awards above the departmental level, including: One special award in higher vocational college group of the First Ideological and Political Teaching Presentation Activities of the Ministry of Education; One first prize and two third prizes of the Basic Skills Competition of Ideological and Political Teachers of Colleges and Universities in 5 Provinces (Yue, Gui, Qiong, Gan and Dian); Two first prizes, two second prizes and thirteen third prizes of the Basic Skills and ‘A Wonderful Lesson’ Competition of Guangxi Ideological and Political Teachers. Two first prizes of Guangxi Higher Education Military Theory Courses Teaching Competition.
